Abstract

The paper describes defect treatment procedure, damage overhaul and tests, performed before, during, and after the successful overhaul (of craters and perforation) on the skin structure of the hydro-finishing reactor.

Overhaul performed by welding the craters on the outside, deposit welding damaged cladding on the inside, and installing a connector on the perforation, has all gone in favour of restoring the integrity of the reactor R-50201 and extending its service life.
